“My artistic process intends to order chaos through the crescendo of intense, vibrant acrylic mediums and rendering them into a custom signature possessing a cathedral-echoing residual energy unique in its form.”

Modest in its conception, Personally Yours once served as my rewarding pastime that evolved into a business intended to bring a warm personal touch to your home. Rooted in a town with a community upholding a sturdy local backbone, I derived a novel sense of fulfillment crafting custom furniture—the fruit of my labor—in a world overwhelmed by mass production.

Beginning with the extensive harvest of miscellaneous furniture and décor from the traffic of Tuscaloosa, the first up-cycled conglomerate became the Intimations of Imagination collection. The collection’s name stems from a nod to William Wordsworth’s “Ode: Intimations of Immortality” in addition to the indicated influences of Picasso, Monet, van Gogh, Klimt, and other greats fueling my inspiration and frequenting my pieces.

My up-cycling venture began by offering my own artistic license to the iconic and awe-inspiring works of artists whose work endures and propels my hand through visions and revisions. My artistic process intends to order chaos through the crescendo of intense, vibrant acrylic mediums and rendering them into a custom signature possessing a cathedral-echoing residual energy unique in its form. The interpreter lends fresh eyes and innovative methods of communication to offer insight on the ramifications of another’s happenings.

In my own meandering experience as a devout student of behavior and art, I have found the values and ethos within both disciplines to have a mutually beneficial reciprocity. Scavenging the city streets for salvageable wood became a season. Repurposing, retouching, and refinishing developed into a philosophy of recognizing the underlying beauty of layers—the potential—of the poignantly arbitrary, the discarded, and the mundane.

Thank you for your interest and for your consideration! I am very grateful to have your business.
